  • Health Assessment & Goal Setting - We take the time to get to know you — your lifestyle, exercise history, any injuries or medical conditions — and set realistic, achievable goals. Together, we’ll plan a routine that fits your schedule and supports your long-term health.

These quick, non-invasive scans measure muscle, fat, and other key markers so you can see real changes over time — not just what’s on the scale.
